Going out on a romantic date this Valentine’s day may have you in a tizzy looking for new looks to try! Here is a guide to creating a stunning look.
Start with a good base – use a primer to smooth and refine your skin, then use a lightweight foundation in the right shade for you. Choose one which has the coverage you like. Smooth on with a brush, or bounce with a beauty blender to perfectly blend in.
Next, conceal under the eyes, and cover any obvious imperfections with a concealer.
Powder your face, focussing on the T-zone where you can get a bit oily.
Contour lightly with a bronzer, and add blush to the apples of your cheeks.
Make up your eyes using 3 shades of eyeshadow. We like using shades of brown and gold to create a metallic smokey eye. Use the lightest shade all over the lid and crease, the middle shade into the crease and the darkest shade in the outer V.
Line with eyeliner and add lots of mascara.
Slick some lip gloss onto you lips.
Lightly dust a little highligher over your cheekbones and down the bridge of your nose for a glowy look. Finish with a spritz of finishing/setting spray.
